Final-year students, MBA students, students entering placement cycle
Outcome
Professionally confident graduates with strong negotiation and workplace etiquette skills
The Challenge
Your teams either under-negotiate (leaving money on the table) or over-negotiate (damaging long-term relationships).
About the Program
Many students have strong academic knowledge but lack the confidence and professional etiquette needed for interviews, workplace communication, and negotiation situations. This program helps students build practical interpersonal and professional skills.
Through role-play negotiations, networking simulations, mock interviews, and interactive activities, participants learn communication strategies, salary negotiation, professional etiquette, and relationship-building techniques required in professional environments.
By the end of the program, students are better prepared to communicate professionally, negotiate confidently, build strong workplace relationships, and handle business interactions effectively during placements and future careers.
